Delivery Time

1.Ā In-stockĀ items will takeĀ 3-5 business daysĀ to arrive in most metro areas of major cities in Australia. Other areas like remote areas may take longer, depending on your destination

2.Ā Pre-orderĀ items international: Sent directly from our warehouse or manufactory in China, it will take 12-30 days for all orders. The item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse

3.Ā Pick- Up ServiceĀ available for all In-Stock ItemsĀ 

4. Once you've placed an order, you will receive an email to confirm the order details and tracking information, including the date the order was placed and the status of the order

Arrival time of your orders

Ā 1. Our couriers do not have a standard time of the day that items are delivered. Your order will be delivered on business days only from Monday to Friday and generally during business hours 8 am-6 pm. To make things easier for you, when you place an order, please ensure you give us clear instructions on where the package should be left if you are not home as we share our couriers' ā€œauthority to leaveā€. If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, typically the courier will leave a delivery card at your front door or in your mailbox. This card usually contains the details needed to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date.Ā Ā 

Ā 2. For any reason, if you do not contact them or they are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us. If returned, we will contact you and arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you).

Do I need to be home to receive my orders?

If you are away when ourĀ courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will typically leave a delivery card at your front door or in your mailbox. This card usually contains the details to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date.Ā 

Unexpected Delays

1.Ā In someĀ instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above.

2. Most of these delays may be caused due to COVID-19, international customs processing or postal delays beyond our control

3.Ā Events or circumstances beyond control regarded as Force Majeure may extend the delivery time.

4. Parcels sent to Western Australia may take two more weeks to be delivered.

5. Please ensure your delivery address is complete, including your unit number. Wrong address, incomplete address, and missing unit number may cause delay or return. We highly recommend leaving the receiver name that matches your ID. The package might be delivered to the locker, community mailbox, or concierge.

6. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. All tracking numbers will be uploaded to you, along with your order details once we dispatch your order.

Backorders

If your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be cancelled from your order. You may reorder once they become available again.
